Terms of Service
These terms govern all engineering deliverables, web software platforms, AI automation systems, and consulting services provided by MediaForge Technologies.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Service Scope
By accessing our website or engaging MediaForge Technologies for custom web engineering, SaaS platform development, mobile applications, or AI workflow automation, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any associated project proposals or Statement of Work (SOW) contracts.
2. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership
- 100% Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, all custom source code, databases, design assets, and intellectual property produced for your project become your exclusive property.
- Portfolio Demonstration: MediaForge retains the right to showcase non-confidential project case studies and metrics in our portfolio unless prohibited by a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
3. Warranties, Support SLAs & Payment Terms
Every custom deployment includes 30 days of complimentary post-launch bug fixing and performance SLA warranty.
Payments are structured per milestone deliverables (e.g., 50% deposit / 50% final deployment) as defined in project scope.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
